[FAQ] — Yield System: How To Modify Scholar Account

With the newly added feature that will allow Guild Masters to modify multiple accounts in a single operation to be launched next week (date/time will be updated) and there will be 2 options to modify the scholar accounts.

Option 1: Modify Scholar Account (Single)

Suppose a Guild Master wishes to replace Scholar A with Scholar B, here’s what the Guild Master needs to do:

Note: In this example, we take scholar under game login email 03251@wonder.io as Scholar A for demonstration purposes.

Login Yield System > Go to [Account Management] > Click [Edit] > Enter the new Password, Scholar’s Email and Scholar’s Wallet for Scholar B > Click [Confirm] to proceed > [Sign] on Metamask to approve the transaction

Option 2: Modify Scholar Account (Multiple)

Suppose a Guild Master wishes to replace a number of scholars in a single operation and here’s what the Guild Master needs to do:

Note: In this example, we take scholars under game login email 03251@wonder.io, guildmasterex1@gmail.com, 444test@wonder.io and 11111test@wonder.io for demonstration purposes.

Login Yield System > Go to [Account Management] > Select the various scholar account to modify and click the respective white box accordingly . Click [Modify (Multiple)] > Enter the new Password, Scholar’s Email and Scholar’s Wallet for the various scholars > Click [Confirm] to proceed > [Sign] on Metamask to approve the transaction

❗ Important Notes:

❗Guild Master may also modify the Scholar’s Nickname and Commission Set-up (if any) but modify Game Login Email is strictly not allowed.

❗Modified Successful means modify account request is submitted successfully but all changes will need to be sync on-chain successfully first. Please read carefully about [How To Ensure Changes Are Modified Successfully] below.

// How To Ensure Changes Are Successfully Modified

All information must be sync on-chain successfully in order for the modified account information to effect so please note:

1. After submitting the changes, please return to [Account Management] and ensure there are no RED BOX. If any changes are marked with RED BOX (as demonstrated in the screenshot below) it means the change was NOT captured on-chain successfully.

2. In this case, Guild Master is required to repeat Step 1 to 5 until the changes are captured on-chain successfully and all RED BOX disappears!
