// What is WonderHero Yield System?

WonderHero Yield System is a scholar management system for Guilds. It is a comprehensive system for WonderHero Guilds to manage its Scholars in a fast and efficient way, saving up to 80% of the time.

Key Features:

1. Safe Custody of Sponsors’ NFT Assets — Sponsors get to sponsor their NFT assets to scholars while holding on to the custody of the assets, scholars only have in-game access to the NFTs to play the game.
2. Easy Assignment of Split Commission — Guild Masters can easily input the commission and make changes.
3. Get Daily/Weekly/Monthly Guild Earning Report — Guild Masters also get to see top performers and the entire Guild scholars’ performance and down to each individual scholar’s performance.
4. Auto and Real-time Commission Settlement — Scholars get fair share of earned tokens immediately in his/her wallet after every round.
5. Fair and Just Decentralized System — Scholars get email notification on the confirmation of scholarships or commission modifications

// What are Guilds

Guilds are decentralized organizations formed by players around the world and it serves as the medium for both sponsors and scholars to have a support connection.

For example, there are players with capital that may not be good at playing the game and on the other hand, there are players that are good at playing the game but with limited resources.

Guilds form a special scholarship program where scholars play the game in which the game initial assets are sponsored by sponsors and the rewards are split between the parties thus forming a special ecosystem where all parties can participate and share the economies of rewards.

📌Important: Before proceeding to WonderHero Yield System, Guild Masters must first register their main account, then acquire quotas and create scholar accounts.

Click [My Account] and then click [SETUP NOW] to register for Guild’s main account.

🔎Overview on Scholar Account Creation

• Acquire scholar account quotas.
• Create scholar accounts and setup commission rate for Guild master and Scholar.
• System will auto-send invitation email to each scholar with the Game Login Email, Password, Game APP download link.
• Next, system will send and auto-open 4 WonderBoxes for each scholar account.
• Scholars to start to install the game APP and play the game.

📌Important:
❗ Currently WonderHero Yield System is only supported on BSC Chain.
❗ Email notifications (if any) for Guilds and/or Scholars shall be sent from our email address: admin@mail.wonderhero.io hence please ensure to whitelist the said email address to receive our email notifications in a timely manner.

1. Get Scholarship Quota

Guild Master can create many accounts as they want but need to get the scholar account quota first and there are 2 methods, that is, direct purchase with $WND or Lock $WND but currently, only direct purchase with $WND method shall be available.

2. Create Scholar Account

There are 2 methods— Create Scholar Account (Single) and Create Scholar Accounts (Multiple).

1. Create Scholar Account (Single) — You create the Scholar Account one by one.
2. Create Scholar Accounts (Multiple) — You create the Scholar Accounts in batches if you have many Scholar accounts to create.

Method 1: Click [Create Scholar Account (Single)]and input all required information under [Setup Scholar account] and [Commission Setup]. Click [Confirm] to proceed.

📌Some Important Notes About [Setup Scholar Account]

Game Login Email — Guild Master to provide an email for game login and it cannot be duplicated for each scholar account. Once account is created, the email cannot be modified.

Password — At least 6 characters (can be numbers, letters or a combination of letters or numbers but omit symbols). Please ensure to change the password for the account if you are using a new player for the account.

Scholar’s wallet — This is for Scholars to receive their game earnings. Please ensure to change the wallet address if you are using a new player for the account.

Scholar Nickname — An informal name (instead of real name) to remember the Scholar easily

Commission Setup — This is for Guild Master to set the commission rate each for Guild Master, Scholar and the commission rate to remain in the game account for game upgrade. Please ensure to input the percentage in numbers from 0–100 (no decimals) and the system will auto-follow the commission setup to distribute the game earnings accordingly.

❗Important: $WND or $HON earned in-game will be on polygon network.

Method 2: Click [Create Scholar Account (Multiple)] and click [Download the template] to input all required information in the template and save the template. Note: Method 2 saves time if you have many Scholar accounts to create

Next, click [Select the file] to upload the template that you have saved and click [Confirm to upload].

Double -check that all information are correct and click [Confirm] to upload the template. There will be a pop-up window once the template is uploaded successfully,

3. Top-Up for Scholar Accounts

After creating the Scholar Accounts, it is best recommended to top-up a nominal amount of $WND and $HON for new Scholar Accounts to meet the players’ needs for NFT upgrade when they start to play the game.

Top-up are performed by the Guilds and are deducted from the Guild’s main account hence please ensure that there are sufficient $WND and $HON available in the main account before performing the top-up.

How To Perform Top-Up:

1. Guild Masters to login their main account and click [My Account]. Note that WonderHero Yield System is currently supported on BSC Chain only so please ensure that your network is on BSC Chain upon login.
2. In [My Account] under [Top-Up/Withdraw] you can either click [Select all] or [Top/Up (Multiple Account)] to proceed with the top-up.
3. Next, under [Top-up amount] set the $WND and $HON amount you wish to top up for each Scholar account [3]. Note: The landing page (top) will display the main account wallet address and account balance available for top-up and deduction[1][2]. According to the top-up amount entered for each account, the cumulative top-up amount will be displayed at the bottom [4].

4. Withdrawal (Balance/Surplus) from Scholar Account(s)

Guild Master can withdraw the balance or surplus of $WND/$HON from the scholar accounts to the Guild Master’s main account.

Simply click [Top-Up/Withdraw] and select one or multiple accounts to withdraw.

5. Automated Commission Settlement

When scholars earn in-game, the system will automatically settle and distribute the game earnings daily to the Guild Master and Scholars according to the commission set-up.

Guild Masters can view the daily commission details for each scholar account or click [TXID] under [Detail] to check on Polygon Chain.

6. Commission Performance Overview

In order for the Guild Masters to gauge the performance of the Scholars, the game earnings distributed to the Guild Master and Scholars shall be concluded and summarized under [My Commission]. Guild Masters can view the [Trend] of the total commission and commission accounts on a weekly or monthly basis, as well as the Scholar Contribution Ranking of all the Scholar accounts.

Note: For Scholar Contribution Ranking, Guild Masters can choose to rank the data by different dimensions such as account create time, contribution WND yesterday, contribution HON yesterday, contribution WND total or contribution HON total. Simply click the up-down arrow to rank the data.

7. Tips on Changing Scholar Account

① How To Change from Scholar A to Scholar B

Suppose you (The Guild Master) wish to to replace Scholar A with Scholar B, here’s what you need to do and know:

• Change the password, scholar’s email and scholar’s wallet
• Scholar A will receive email notification on the account termination
• Scholar B will receive email notification with new password and game account information.

② How To Ensure All The Changes Were Successfully Made for Scholar B

When making changes for Scholar B using Scholar A’s account, please ensure to check every page of the Account Management in the Yield System since all information shall be sync on-chain.

After submitting the changes, please check Account Management and if you find some changes are marked with a red box (as demonstrated in the screenshot below) it means the change was NOT successful captured on-chain.

In this case, the Guild Master will need to make the changes once more and if the change is successful, the red box will disappear in 1–2 min automatically after the change.

8. Other Functions

Lock Token Withdrawal — Coming Soon!

This will be an upcoming function where Guild Masters can choose to acquire scholar account quota by locking $WND and withdraw the $WND when the lock period has expired.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Q: I do not have any existing scholars, do i have the same chance of opening one?
A: Yes you have the same chance, we welcome Guilds of all sizes 😊

Q: What are the minimum requirements to set up a Guild in WonderHero?
A: You must have either NFT assets for scholars to play the game or prepared with $WND tokens to buy WonderBoxes for your scholars.

Q: Do scholars have ability to view commission or will that be between the sponsor and scholar?
A: Both sponsors and scholars will receive email notification once commission are distributed.

Q: What if there are more than one sponsor in a guild, say 2 wallets? Can those two wallets be in one guild account?
A: 1 Guild = 1 Sponsor so there should be only 1 sponsor in each Guild.

Q: Based on my understanding of the setup, it’s only one wallet and one email add. So, do we suggest to them to create another guild account?
A: If the Guild has 10 Scholars, the Guild will need to create 10 different wallet and email.

Q: Will the guild name appear anywhere in the app?
A: The Guilds will be featured in our gitbook landing page for Guilds, not in the app

Q: If a scholar has not been using his account, the Guild can take back the account and share it with another different player?
A: Yes correct. Scholars’ performance shall be reviewed by the Guilds on a regular basis and underperformed Scholars may be revoked of their game account.

Q: WonderBoxes bought by guilds are pre-selected? What if the sponsor/scholar decides to replace the item (say weapon), would that be possible? if yes, I assume only the sponsor can replace it?
A: WonderBoxes bought by guilds are randomized and sponsors/scholars won’t be replacing the WonderBoxes but scholars can request for upgrade. Guide will be provided on how scholars can request upgrade from sponsors.

Q: Is it possible to transfer NFT between scholars?
A: Currently we do not support this function yet.
