[FAQ] — How To Use [Manager] Function in the Yield System

// What is [Manager] function in the Yield System?

This is a role set by the Guild Master to assist in the management work of the scholars.

There are mainly 2 permission set-up for the [Manager] role:

1. Read Only Permissions: Managers set-up with this permission are only allowed to access and read all the functions in the Yield System.
2. Operate Permissions: Managers set-up with this permissions will be allowed to operate either or all of the following functions (depends on how the Guild Master set it):

Create Scholar Account
- Permits the manager to create scholar account in singles or batches

Modify Scholar Account
- Permits the manager to change scholar accounts’ password, scholar’s wallet address, scholar’s email and commission set-up.

Deposit to Scholar’s Game Account
- Permits the manager to deposit HON and WND from main account to scholar’s game account.

Withdraw from Scholar’s Game Account
- Permits the manager to withdraw HON and WND from scholar’s game account to main account.

NFT Transfer and Management
- Permits the manager to transfer NFT from main account to scholar’s game account, or one scholar’s game account to another scholar’s game account.

// Who can set up [Manager] in the Yield System?

Only the Guild Masters can do so.

// How to set up [Manager] in the Yield System?

This can only be performed by the Guild Masters.

Step 1: Login your Yield System and click [Settings]

Step 2: In the [Settings] landing page, click [+Add]

Step 3: Enter the Manager’s Name, Manager’s Wallet and Select Permissions for the Manager.

Click [Confirm] and the Guild Master will be redirected to the metamask wallet to approve the set-up. Click [Sign] to proceed.

Note: Guild Masters can choose to select either Read Only or Operate or both permissions for the same manager.

Once created successfully, you will see this pop-up message

In this example below, Manager933 was set up with both read and operate permissions.

// How To Delete [Manager]

Simply click [Edit] to remove all the permissions for the Manager

Click [Confirm] and [Sign] to proceed

Note: Manager’s Name and Wallet cannot be removed and will still be displayed.

As you can see from below example, all permissions for Manager933 have been removed so he/she will no longer be able to access/operate any functions in the Yield System for the Guild Master.
