[ANNOUNCEMENT] — WonderHero Announces Strategic Investment from Infinity Ventures Crypto (IVC)
Since the inception of WonderHero, the team has been driven by the mission to deliver the best Play to Earn experience to gamers and resolving multiple challenges faced by the current generation of blockchain games. From resolving blockchain complexities, to delivering the game to the mass non crypto gamers, our team knew this is a big mission to take on and we needed great partners who are aligned with our vision and can help us to achieve our goals.
Taking another step closer to fulfilling our goals, WonderHero is happy to announce we have secured a new investor, Infinity Ventures Crypto (IVC). IVC was founded in August 2021 with the aim to empower and invest in the next generation of crypto gaming applications and DeFi. The fund leverages their global connections to support founders to bring DeFi and crypto games to the masses.
Since its founding, IVC has made several strategic investments into GameFi, DeFi, and Web3.0, including decentralized autonomous organization for investing in NFTs, Yield Guild Games (YGG); Japanese Yen pegged stablecoin, JPYC; and exchange for play-to-earn players, XLOAD, and others such as BreederDao, Nyan Heroes, Genopets and more.
Along with YGG, IVC is also incubating new subDAOs, YGGSEA & YGGJapan, which will be focusing on the Southeast Asia and Japan region. Through IVC, WonderHero will be the first game to be listed on Yield Guild Games Southeast Asia.
